RESEARCH OVERVIEW:
I am currently creating and refining a web application to provide land managers with site-specific Probability of Occurrence (PO) maps for Non-Indigenous Species (NIS). This application accepts a variety of input formats and runs a combination of Python scripts, ArcMap function calls and statistical tests to create the output maps.
I am also involved with field data collection, GIS analysis and other statistical modeling projects.
